Get Ready to Eat, Explore & Stretch in The Junctions this October
Terroir has put together an unforgettable, all-inclusive 5-night adventure in Occitanie, Southern France, just for you. It’s where food, culture, and movement (pilates) come together most deliciously.
Join on your own or bring a friend and please share this opportunity with any other pilates enthusiasts you think would like to come along.
What’s on the menu - we’ll dive into France’s Mediterranean food culture with immersive, hands-on culinary experiences:
Start each morning with a mat pilates session led by our favourite instructor Ana Cukic.
Heart of the Rhône - Avignon, an artistic hub with medieval charm, lively markets, and vibrant galleries along the Rhône River.
The vineyards of Languedoc, we’ll explore France’s largest wine region, where sun-soaked vines produce bold, organic wines.
Dive into the Thau Lagoon to discover how oysters get their briny magic with a visit to an oyster farm, taste vermouth at Maison Noilly Prat, and indulge in a seafood feast.
Exploring Arles and Nimes (where denim was invented!), we’ll walk in the footsteps of Romans, and amble through the local markets & shops, and stroll the canals.
Camargue’s wild beauty of pink salt flats, flamingos, wild horses - Camargue feels like stepping into a postcard. We’ll cap it off with a rustic feast featuring regional delights.
Each night we stay at the beautiful Prieure Saint Nicolas Hotel. A serene 12th-century riverside priory, once a key stop for pilgrims, blending Romanesque beauty with centuries of history. Nestled on the banks of the Gardon River, it offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside - it’s our private retreat base camp.
This isn’t just a tour. It’s a full-sensory, soul-nourishing escape!
